Did you know that
if children do not receive the correct stimulation
between the age of 0 and 5, such as learning colours and shapes through
educational toys, parts of their brain will wither and die. It’s a process that
is not only irreversible, but also completely avoidable.
This
is where you come in.
On the 1st
of June 32 runners will embark on a 112km Trail Run from Pietermaritzburg to
Durban in the hopes of raising funds to educate, support and care for children
between the ages of 0-5 - an initiative started by The Unlimited Child.
The target is R80 000. At present they have managed to raise R34 447. But with only 10 days to go, they need your help. The runners, and the kids.
